MEET Meta Earth
Meta Earth is a family-owned local business that was formed to bring back reasonable prices to the industry, while still supplying the highest quality of natural rocks and minerals. Here you'll find the largest selection of natural crystals, towers and spheres, large pieces for lapidary, and beautiful display specimens. All products are ethically and sustainably sourced, personally collected or selected. We then free-trade import them straight from mines across the globe.
Our primary goal, at Meta Earth is to offer the largest selection of high quality natural rocks and minerals at affordable prices, bringing accessibility back into the industry, while striving to provide service with an intentional and personalized feel. We also aim to offer a space for artists, creatives, and those spiritually gifted to share what they do, and build a community.
We at Meta Earth strive to teach and educate not only about our rocks and minerals in the store, but to inspire learning and promote passion for Geology and overall health of our beautiful planet. We believe that loving and learning about the Earth will lead future generations to be its guardians and caretakers.
Meet the Founders
John & Fany
John has been in the rock and mineral industry for nearly 20 years. He studied Geology at the University of North Florida while his wife, Fany studied Psychology in Peru.
"We travel a lot – studying and learning about other cultures while collecting rocks and minerals from around the world. I am a collector myself and it was important to me to bring back reasonable prices to the industry, while still supplying the highest quality. I enjoy working with the miners and personally selecting each lot or sometimes even each piece. It is important to me that everything we bring in is ethically and sustainably sourced and as close to the mines as possible, supporting the local indigenous people. Both Fany and I are so excited to be a part of Historic Springfield in Jacksonville and look forward to meeting each of you and helping you find that perfect stone for you."

Haze is a Florida Local, Life-long Rock Enthusiast. They study Gemology, & Minerology, while also being well versed in the metaphysics field. Haze manages the Main St location, hosts the Weekly Live Show, & manages most all social media & events.
Haze is a Queer Multi-Media Artist, crafting everything from murals, canvas art, custom decor, digital design, to distressed apparel - though their jewelry is featured at Meta Earth, Handmade Stainless Steel wire wrapped natural crystal pendants, earrings, & rings. Custom work is available upon request.

Riley is a Florida Native who has vividly enjoyed and thrived in nature since childhood, they now specialize in accommodating tiny pieces of hand foraged nature into terrariums for others to enjoy. They also create a variety of belt chains adorned with hand wrapped crystals, charms, and bags for your trinket collection.
Riley has always put their resourcefulness into their work passionately, and they put much thought and consideration behind everything they encounter. Their hand crafted Mossariums are showcased at Meta Earth.

Brian is a Jacksonville Native, who's admiration for nature stems from his upbringing. Being a creative entity, Brian considers himself a Modern Renaissance man. Brian is one of Meta's knowledgeable guides, fascinated by the metaphysical properties, he's here to help.
Brian is an artist of many hats, from woodworking, wand-making, fiber arts, crafting with foraged materials, to hand hammered copper jewelry utilizing natural stones - a featured item at Meta Earth. Brian can whip up just about anything he can dream of.

Natasha is a traveling Local, originally from Puerto Rico. She has avid fascinations in anything bug, rock, herb, and trinket related. Collecting hobbies as she goes, Natasha currently studies Fine Arts at UNF and practices photography in her spare time!
Although, Taxidermy Bug Domes by Natasha are a featured item, at Meta Earth, She is a jack-of-all trades - making beaded jewelry, boxes for your trinkets, bug domes and whatever else she can get into.

Weekly Live Show
The Weekly Live Show is hosted by Haze on Instagram, every Wednesday night at 6pm EST. During the live show, we scan a pre-set table of new arrivals, discounted & high-end items, explore our backstock, and walk through our large store, everything is available to be claimed through commenting the price & stone type.
You are able to 'build a basket' during the live by claiming items, those items will then be placed on hold under your name. We offer Free Local Pick-up from our N Main st location, or we can ship directly to you, based on the weight of your items.
We are able to hold your basket for multiple live shows to fill a box, or until you are ready to ship, saving some cost on multiple shipments. Games, Discounts, Sales, & Giveaways are always happening on the shows, so make sure to join us!
Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of your items,
starting at 10$ per box. We will always try and fit as many products into each box for the lowest possible combined shipping costs. To that point, you may be able to add additional items to your cart without the shipping cost increasing. All prices are effective as January, 2024.
