While watching the Livestream, you may see an item you want to add to your collection.

The process to "Claim" an item is simple, really!

Each item on the show will be labeled with a numbered sticker. This number is the item price.

In Order to claim an item all you have to do is comment -- " Claim '$ price' "

To be the most fair, we go based on the first comment we see on our screen and we will call out the winner of each claim verbally be sure to listen closely to see if you've won.

*Please note Instagram will always show your comment first on your own screen, although due to connection and delays other peoples comments may appear first on the screen of the host. We exclusively use our screen to announce claims.*

A "Pre-Claim" is a fun and easy way to Claim an item before the Livestream even starts!

The Day before a Livestream we post a "Tablescan" on Instagram. This is a live video walkthrough of all the things to expect from the show that week. Once that video is posted you are able to Screenshot, Circle, and Message @metaearthjax to ask questions, take a closer look, and even claim items you may want.

Your Pre-Claim must be confirmed before 4pm EST the day of the show to be considered valid, if it is not confirmed the item will move onto the show to be claimed live.

Please keep an eye on your messages to be sure your claim is confirmed.

Our Live Shows allow you to shop from a distance, making it fun and convenient for you to add to your collection, we try to keep paying for the goodies you claim the same way.

We offer TWO types of payment, Local Pickup, and Invoice/Ship.

Here is how each option works so you can decide what method works best for you!

Local Pickup :

If you are local to Jacksonville, Florida, or plan to be in town within ONE WEEK of the live show date, we offer a Local Pickup and Pay in store option. We do ask this is done within one week of the show date, unless explicitly communicated otherwise.

*If Items are not picked up and there has been no communication, those items will be returned to stock and repeated infractions will result in being blocked from participating in Live shows.*

Invoice/Ship :

If you are not local to the area or will not be able to pickup your items within the allotted timeframe we offer an Invoice & Ship option.

For this Option; You will need to message our Instagram account @MetaEarthJax with your Full Name, Email Address and Shipping Address.

The Morning following a Live Show, Invoices will be sent via Email, we ask that these are paid by Friday Evening following the Show in order to get all packages shipped by the weekend.

Yes, Meta Earth is happy to ship all over the world!

Once the Livestream is over, and you've picked out all the goodies you want. Meta will send an itemized invoice including shipping costs. This invoice must be paid by EOD the Friday following the live to ensure our packing team can get it sent before the end of the week.

USPS Standard Shipping rates vary due to size, weight, and location of the shipment. We offer the lowest cost possible for all shipping, What we Pay is What you pay.
